Replacement Policy (Only in Specific Cases)
We offer replacement only if:

The product received is damaged, or

The product received is different from what was ordered
Replacement Conditions

Replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

A clear recorded video of the damaged or incorrect product must be shared with us.
- The video must show the product clearly and be unboxing or product-only footage.
- Requests without a proper video proof will not be accepted.
Replacement Timeline

Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.

Sale items, customized products, gift cards, and personal care items are not eligible for replacement.
