At Apka, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances.

  • Refunds are not provided for any of our products.

Replacement Policy (Only in Specific Cases)

We offer replacement only if:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • A clear recorded video of the damaged or incorrect product must be shared with us.

  • The video must show the product clearly and be unboxing or product-only footage.
  • Requests without a proper video proof will not be accepted.

Replacement Timeline

  • Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Sale items, customized products, gift cards, and personal care items are not eligible for replacement.

  • Any request raised after 2 days of delivery will not be considered.
